PersonalRobert was born in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1963 and has resided in Austin since 1985.
Robert joined Hohmann, Taube & Summers in 1999. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation.
Robert has also published and lectured on the subjects of legal and medical malpractice, partnership disputes,
and arbitration. He has been named as one of Texas Monthly magazine's "Texas Super Lawyers" from 2004 through 2007.
