PersonalMark was born in Houston and practiced law in Dallas before moving to Austin to
join Hohmann, Taube & Summers in 2000. Mark's practice emphasizes bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and business
litigation. He has also written and lectured on various bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation topics.
