Neal was born in Houston and has lived in Austin since 1972. He has practiced with Hohmann, Taube & Summers since 1996. Neal's practice emphasizes business litigation, construction litigation, bankruptcy creditors' rights and insurance litigation. He has also published on the subject of legal malpractice.
