Personal

Nick was born in West Point, New York, grew up mainly in Texas, and has lived in Austin since 1991. After working as an associate at Hohmann, Taube & Summers, Nick left the firm and spent approximately seven years in a successful solo practice and as a founding member of the firm of Bressi & Wenholz. Nick rejoined Hohmann Taube & Summers in 2002. Nick's practice focuses on insurance litigation and construction litigation, and he is a frequent author and lecturer on the subjects of insurance, mold, and "sick building" litigation.
