Joe was born in Queens, New York in 1967.  He has resided in Central Texas since 1986.  Joe is a past Chairman of the Board of the Austin Bar Association Litigation Section, and an invitee to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Who's Who Best Lawyers in America and past Chairman of Austin's Ultimate Trial Notebook.  Joe's practice focuses on business litigation with a particular emphasis in the areas of professional liability litigation, securities litigation, director and officers' liability litigation, fiduciary litigation and real estate litigation.
