Our Firm assists clients with evaluating their options in view of the size of the deceased's estate, the nature and amount of debts owed by the deceased, and whether or not the deceased left a will. We handle probating wills, will contests, determinations of heirship in the absence of a will, probating wills as a muniment of title, small estate affidavits, and other probate proceedings. We also assist with the independent and dependent administration of estates. If problems arise during estate administration, our Firm is experienced with defending and prosecuting claims of breach of fiduciary duty, and other claims arising out of estate administration. We regularly represent both estate representatives and those who need to understand the duties of the estate representative or fiduciary who is managing his or her assets or inheritance.
