Appeals

Our Firm's appellate attorneys have the experience, background, and skills to successfully handle state and federal appeals at all levels. Many of our appellate attorneys began their legal careers as law clerks to Texas appellate judges. In addition to handling the appeals of cases our Firm has litigated, we are often brought into a case after a trial-court judgment in order to handle particularly complex and difficult appellate issues. We represent clients in interlocutory and post-judgment appeals, suits for judicial review of administrative agency decisions, and original proceedings before appellate courts. We have successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in the various Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Courts of Appeals.
