Guy is a founding member of Hohmann, Taube & Summers. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1958. An Austin resident since 1991, Guy is also a licensed C.P.A.  Guy has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers of America, and he was named a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters in 2010, 2011, and 2012.  His practice focuses on either representing or serving as a court appointed Receiver as well as securities fraud, commercial litigation, professional-liability litigation and insurance litigation.
