Mark was born in Houston and practiced law with a large Texas-based firm in Dallas before moving to Austin to join Hohmann, Taube & Summers in 2000.  Mark’s practice emphasizes bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and business litigation.  He has also written and lectured on various bankruptcy and bankruptcy-litigation topics.  Mark has received the “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting overall experience, expertise, integrity and professional excellence.
