Joe was born in Queens, New York.  He was raised in Texas and has resided in Central Texas since 1986.  Joe is a past Chairman of the Board of the Austin Bar Association Litigation Section, an invitee to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the past Chairman of Austin’s Ultimate Trial Notebook Seminar.  Joe was also listed as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters in 2011 in the areas of business litigation, securities litigation, and professional liability: defense. Joe’s practice focuses on business litigation with a particular emphasis in the areas of professional liability litigation, securities litigation, director and officers’ liability litigation, fiduciary litigation and real estate litigation.
