Nicholas S. Bressi | Partner
Nick was born in West Point, New York, grew up mainly in Texas, and has lived in Austin since 1991. After working as an associate at Hohmann, Taube & Summers, Nick left the firm and spent approximately seven years in a successful solo practice and as a founding member of the firm of Bressi & Wenholz. Nick rejoined Hohmann Taube & Summers in 2002. His practice focuses on insurance litigation and construction litigation, and since 2000, he has been a frequent author and lecturer on the subjects of insurance, mold, and “sick building” litigation. Nick was also honored with the 2010 Judge Suzanne Covington Pro Bono Service Award presented by Volunteer Legal Services (VLS) of Central Texas.
