Wade was born and raised in Dallas, and has lived in Austin since 1991.  Wade has practiced with Hohmann, Taube & Summers since 1994.  His practice encompasses complex commercial litigation and business torts, general civil litigation, construction law, securities litigation and professional malpractice. Wade has been awarded an AV peer-review rating by Martindale-Hubble, reflecting his overall expertise, experience, integrity and professional excellence.
